Mr Mentor's Residential Broker Program is the perfect starting point for new mortgage brokers.  The training program provides a solid base in mortgage broking fundamentals, including structures, terms, and technical skills.

Weekly lessons and assessments ensure a thorough understanding of the industry.

Students gain hands-on experience with resources and tools to apply their knowledge immediately, accelerating confidence and productivity.

The student's Mentor delivers "on the job" training and support, guiding students with customer engagement, workflow,  scenarios, research,  analysis , compliance and a review of the first 12 loan applications.

Luke Harris

Luke has an extensive international career throughout the Asia Pacific region, having worked in New Zealand, China and Hong Kong SAR.
He brings experience spaning from small family run businesses to large multinational corporations.
Luke moved into banking and finance working for Westpac as a Bank Manager for their Head Office branch in Melbourne and also a Relationship Director of Premier Banking.
Luke's high level of client service was recognised by Westpac in 2019 when he was awarded the National Service Champion of the Year.
