Jane Counsel is a Stanford-educated leadership and business coach, trainer and consultant with more than two decades of corporate and consulting experience across banking, finance, construction and other industries.

A former Head of Diversity & Flexibility at Westpac, she has designed and delivered coaching and training programs for organisations ranging from boutique brokerages to enterprises with tens of
thousands of employees.

With a distinguished career spanning journalism, media relations, HR and senior leadership, Jane brings a unique blend of deep communication expertise, corporate experience and practical leadership insights.

Known for her practical, business-focused style, Jane helps business owners turn leadership theory into resilient, high performing teams.
Over the past 10 years, she has trained and coached thousands of leaders across Australia and Asia Pacific. She is also a regular facilitator on the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM)  Executive Education programs.
